Han’s Journal #14

  • What did you complete this module?

This week is the week to finish my slideshow and give my final presentation.

For each task flow, I made the following changes:

  1. redesign home screen based on last week’s assignment feedback
  2. add a calendar icon for the home screen
  3. add a “Lookbook inspirations” card
  4. add a “Daily Fashion tips” card
  5. Consolidate typeface for all the proof of concept

For the whole slideshow, I made the following changes:

Update Scope slide

Update “Implement the Changes” slides

Add Technical Resources slide

Update “Needs & Goal” for Persona 3 slide

Correct spelling and format

Technical Resources slide

For the presentation, I used apple’s keynote to conduct the presentation. It’s quite handy that basically, you record audio for each slide. So that definitely helps my presentation since it’s quite challenging to conduct the whole presentation at once.

  • What will you complete next module?

The next module will be the last module for this class. I can’t believe time flies so quickly. For the next module, I will summarize all the skills that I’ve learned during the course. And also plan what’s hold for the future as a UX professional.

The biggest issue I ran across this week is to improve my whole slideshow. I took the feedback from my instructor’s notes and implemented them. The whole implementation process took a long time. As the result, I can see big differences comparing to the version from last week. So I want to thank you for the feedback from my instructor.
